Abstractions poster series

Give yourself over to a moment of forgetting. The posters of the Abstractions series by Katarzyna Witczak are a contemporary counter-proposal to classical modernism. The unique abstract compositions came out of a subtle play with form. The artist looked for inspiration in nature at its purest — sexual arousal and fulfilment. The forms represent the meeting of two opposing energies. Pastels, greys and a juicy accent colour combine so that the posters add a modern edge to any interior. They warm up a living room in a raw style beautifully, and settle just as well into classical rooms.

Technical details

Every poster is printed digitally with ecological inks on high-quality Canon Photo Matt 240 g/m2 paper, at 600 dpi.

Posters are sold unframed. Each one is carefully packed and shipped in a hard cardboard tube, so it travels safely.

Katarzyna Witczak is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. She began her career in the 1990s as a designer in advertising agencies, later heading a graphic design studio. Her posters are shown regularly at prestigious events. She is currently co-founder and Art Director of the Katowice advertising agency Kosciuschko Design, specialising in branding.
