Japanese inspirations

Creative workshops designed for the Historical Museum in the Sułkowski Castle in Bielsko-Biała. The inspiration was Japan — more precisely a jewellery technique that comes from the land of cherry blossom: Kumihimo, the hand-braiding of satin cords. Participants got to know the fascinating history of Kumihimo and learned the basic ways of braiding the cords. Everyone could leave the workshop with a bracelet they had made themselves, in the colours of their choice.
