Luxury, the eco way

The Orinoco is said to be the blood of South America. It surges — much like the Latin temperament. Settle onto the Orinoko bench and feel the energy to act come back. The reference to the river is also a turn towards nature. Using natural materials for most of the piece let me create a modern object that combines three qualities: ergonomics, aesthetics and ecology. Decorating your interior with it gives you not only an exceptional seat, but also a clear conscience. It works in elegant, minimalist flats, in offices and in modern waiting areas. The bench was nominated for the Śląska Rzecz 2009 award.

Materials:
Base: OSB chipboard
Seat: a composition of wool broadcloth and non-woven fabric
Cone: hot-formed plywood

Some of the materials used are factory offcuts left over from production, to which I give a higher grade. They outlast most comparable products on the market. The individual parts are cut by hand, without using any energy.

The full line comprises:
– a single seat (Orinoko)
– 2- and 3-seater benches (Orinoko Duo, Orinoko Trio)
– side tables

Customisation:
Lighting can be fitted inside the seat. It brings out the rich ornament of the base even more.
Choose the version of the seat that best suits your interior — colourful grass, whirl, flower or snails.
The colour of the wooden part is agreed individually with each client. Most often chosen: white, grey, light blue.
